The pearls arrived quickly, so no issue there, but the color was really different from the photos on premiumpearl.com. I was expecting that soft white/pink tone, and the ones I got looked more yellowish in person. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price I expected them to look a lot closer to the pictures. They’re not terrible, just not what I wanted, so I’m disappointed

I really liked that I could choose the pearl size and chain length myself. It only took a few minutes, and I felt like I was getting exactly what I paid for instead of settling for a one-size-fits-all option. The necklace turned out just right.

It makes me wonder if whoever finished it was rushing a bit, especially for the price. It hasn’t come loose and it’s still wearable, but it just doesn’t feel as neat or polished as I’d hoped. I’d give it 3 stars.

I did get my exchange sorted in the end, so that part was fine. The annoying bit was how slow the replies were. Nothing terrible, just a bit frustrating when you’re waiting around for updates.

i ordered a pearl necklace and earrings, and the match was better than i expected. i was a little worried the color or size might look slightly different when worn together, but they look really consistent side by side.
shipping took about the normal amount of time and the packaging was totally fine. overall, i’m really happy with them and they look just like what i picked out online
